An Antique is an item most always perceived as having value because of its historical significance, aesthetic, and often defined as at least 100 years old. The term Antique is quite often generally used to describe any object that is old. Antique pieces of furniture are tricky since they can either be worth a a lot of money or considered by experts as essentially worthless.
